Position: IT PROJECT MANAGERS:
Plan and manage integration, cost, quality, risk, and procurement for projects. Create reports and data models to meet client requirements. Identify risks and evaluate the impact. Develop and integrate analytical solutions. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of the project. Analyze system error logs and identify potential issues. Monitor project progress. Involve in project management of payments system with banking, payment schema, integration and IBM sterling file transmission. Skills required: AWS Cloud, Python, IBM Sterling Gateway, SQL Server, JIRA, UNIX, LINUX, and Agile. Associate's degree in Science, Technology, Electronic Science, or Engineering (any) with 4 years of experience in job offered or as a Tech Lead, System Administrator, Sr. Consultant, or related occupation is required. Work location: Bound Brook, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Position: Business Development Manager
Geomatrix Software Services Inc. responds to the needs of our clients and consultants. GSSI enables the development of creative solutions to client IT organization*s requirements through providing quality IT consultant resources.
GSSI is looking for a leader; someone interested in making his or her mark in a growing, long established IT consulting organization. A person who enjoys the challenges and rewards of finding new clients and who is also adept at maintaining and growing established client relationships. You will be joining a team that continuously emphasizes customer satisfaction based on ethical service and quality resources.
The key to success in this position is being able to work in a collaborative environment with internal resources, forging strong client and consultant relationships, leveraging past sales successes and contracts to ramp up quickly, maintain a continuous high level of sales activity and knowing when to ask for assistance. You will be expected to qualify and develop sales opportunities with senior business and IT decision makers in financial services, telecommunications, distribution/retail, biotech and high-technology companies.
Comparable Experience Desired
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Manager /Business Development Executive working within the software industry (Consulting, solutions or staffing)
Demonstrated successful ability to sell IT Staffing services
Past success in developing new staffing opportunities through direct sales (cold calls)
Proven capability to manage multiple consultants billing
Understanding the dynamics of teaming with technical recruiters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build networks of contacts externally and internally
Proven commitment to quality, teamwork, relationship building, strong work ethic and professionalism
Primary Responsibilities
Consultative selling approach, ability to present and build relationships at all levels and negotiate client contracts.
Engage in establishing new businesses at named accounts
Develop new client relationships in order to diversify client base and gain market share,
Build a prospect pipeline sufficient to achieve new business targets
Work directly with recruiting / delivery team to ensure effective process and timely presentation of candidates.
Work with clients and establish the delivery process and follow through on delivery along with the recruiting team.
Compensation:
This is a great mid-level to Sr. level position for someone eager to develop a long-term career in sales. Compensation includes a base salary & a rich incentive plan to reach a 6-figure income.
